Police blotter.


Monday, 10:40 P.M.:
  Caller requires assistance in removing her cat from a tree.

Wednesday, 8:07 A.M.:  Tenant complains that a truck was picking up garbage at 5:30 this morning and he thought that was too early and that it violated the city's noise ordinance.

Wednesday, 9:15 P.M.:  Caller has concerns about a young male that has been standing around by her house the last couple of days.  States he doesn't do anything, but he stands there and this makes her nervous.

Friday, 10:27 A.M.:  Caller said cat is hiding under neighbor's house, but doesn't want it back right now because it's acting crazy.

Friday, 11:29 A.M.: Report of two bear cubs and mom in a tree with kids taunting them.

Sunday, 12:04 P.M.:
  Caller would like an officer to go over to their neighbor's house and tell those people to clean up the newspapers.  Update: one newspaper was in the yard. Officer picked up the newspaper and put it on the porch.
